Yogi2Go - Meditation Downloads

Yogi2Go Three audio meditations are now available for download from the Yogi2Go on-line store. They are in mp3 format, so you can take them with you on your iPod (or other mp3 player) and listen to them where and when you want. They are between 15 and 20 minutes long, and are available for download at Yogi2Go at $3 each.

Being Present: Becoming aware of sensations in body and breath opens is a doorway to a fuller experience of the present moment. This practice is valuable both in meditation and in daily life. Sample
Releasing Tension:  Becoming more present to the experience of holding on helps us let go of resistance and encourages an easy natural dissolving of tension.
Inner Guidance:  A practical way to allow our inner wisdom to reveal itself and show us how we might look at some of our problems in a new light.
